I'm thinking that is a waffle ice cream cone. I think this was my 7th birthday party? Yup I played "kissing tag" and was quite feared by the boys, but I purposely never caught anyone, cuz then I would have had to kiss them!! eww!!! ;) Then that "babe in the making" grew up and found out that kissing a certain Austin Fife isn't so ewww after all.
